Elder Care is open to both women and men, including caregivers whose nursing registration we have verified, so families can choose the person who genuinely suits their situation. The verification behind both is identical.

How do parents and caregivers stay in touch privately?+
Through secure in-app chat and masked calling. Every call is routed through Maa Nest, so neither side ever sees the other’s personal phone number. Your contact details stay private during every booking.
How does OTP session start protect my child?+
A session can only begin when you share a one-time code with your caregiver, so care never starts without your explicit confirmation, in person.
