Comfort and trust for families
For many families, a woman caregiver is simply the choice they feel most comfortable with when it comes to their children. We built Child Care around that preference rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Safety and dignity for caregivers
A women-first approach also lets us design an environment focused on the safety, respect and growth of the caregivers who work with us — with verified families, fair pay and in-app support.
Elder Care is different, on purpose
Caring for a parent is not the same decision as caring for a child, and families told us so. Elder Care is open to both women and men — including caregivers whose nursing registration we have verified — so a family can choose the person who genuinely suits their situation. The verification, the OTP-protected sessions and the standards behind them are identical.
What does not change is the standard. Who delivers the care is a choice we let families make where it matters.
